Bangalore Safari : Encounter with a Gay !

Yesterday I had to stay till late in office and after leaving from office, subconsciously or consciously my mind was looking for something exciting. It always does. I can never live with the feeling of getting bored or being stagnant. Even the thought of it worries me. Honestly speaking I dont know when was the last time i felt bored. So I always need something exciting and a positive atmosphere around me, if its not there i try to create one. For those who dont know me, this has been my nature and attitude from very long now.

Enough about me , shifting the focus to main event now, which is  " Bangalore Safari ". As i entered my house I saw couple of my friends sitting and eating Maggi at midnight, watching Big Boss on TV . There is one beautiful thing about maggi, you can NEVER say no to it when offered to you. So i asked them not to offer me as i already had my meals in office and trying to follow some diet plan. My Diet Plan has been created by my gym instructor and he thinks the only way to get me into shape is by killing me and starving me to death. But strangely enough i am following it like a fool. Anyways lets move ahead.

When you have fun loving friends, then its just a matter of igniting a small thought of doing something good in their minds and they are all ready for it.  So we decided to get into the car and go for a ride. The only clause was " Only Punjabi Songs ". Rahul ( Proud owner of his new car : Tata Safari ) is from Raipur , madhur and myself from Chandigarh. Rahul had no option but to agree and moreover he also enjoys Punjabi music. Every movie in Bollywood now has Punjabi songs for heavens sake. Feels good to see Punjabi music growing so much.

The journey began, flying across the roads of Bangalore on high speed. I was sitting on front seat and enjoying the loud music with my left hand outside playing with the cool breeze. Bangalore's  weather has this God given gift to freshen you up. I was loving the silence outside and loudness inside. All three of us singing the songs along, laughing, cracking jokes and having a great time indeed. It seemed like we dont have any problems in life which is not true. Life is a roller coaster ride. It has ups and downs. All three of us have our own burdens of life but still we were out there at 1 AM zooming around. Brain works mischievously.

Encounter with a GAY

Now this was interesting. We were going around and suddenly we saw 3 - 4 girls standing under a street light near MG road. We were curious to know whats happening and by their body language and dress up we understood that these must be Call Girls standing there at around 1:30 am. We wanted to observe what happens and how. so we parked our car a little bit far from the place and started seeing. Cars were coming, stopping near them and one of those poor girls used to go near the car, talk for couple of minutes and then cars used to go away. Girl then had to go back to the place where she was standing originally. It happened 2- 3 times. All this was bothering me and I was feeling so bad for her and other girls out there. It was so sad to see. God is such a player and we should be thankful to almighty for what we are. I realized how lucky and privileged I am to be what I am today.
Nobody decides inside the mother's womb of  what he/she will be after taking birth. What we become is mostly dependent upon our surroundings and upbringing. But Thats life i guess , they had to do something to earn and LIVE.

That was enough of observation and we decided to move on but we wanted to have a closer look before going ahead. We were driving slowly and approaching that place, as we were very near I saw a Guy shaped girl or maybe a girl shaped guy looking directly at me and then he/she ( whatever) uttered something which sounded like " HELLO ". Oh  My freakin God. What the hell was that. We instantly looked at each other and started laughing endlessly. Then we took another round and figured out that out of those 4 girls only 1 was actually a girl. All other three were gays. We couldn't stopped laughing after that. Suddenly i realized why those cars were stopping and going. It was such a funny scene after so much of bad feelings inside for those people.
India has indeed progressed and now very open i guess :-p

This was something I experienced for first time in my life. Now the sound of our laughter was over shadowing the high woofers inside the car. Finally we decided to take a chill pill and played a soothing song from ZNMD called " Der lagi lekin maine ab hai jeena seekh liya " . All three of us were quiet then and deep into our own thoughts. It became so peaceful and beautiful. I was looking outside and could see only trees and pitch dark.
I am so much far away from my home and I miss my home but I also realize that this time ain't gonna come back. So I never miss  to enjoy each moment that goes by. Life comes once and We should always live it to the fullest. I strongly believe in this. I realized long time back that Everything is temporary and any moment can be the last one. Once you realize it and more importantly Accept it, you become stronger and fearless.

Gurdas mann, the legendry singer from Punjab has beautifully sung :
"Tinn rang nahi labbne beeba, maape husn jawaani "
It means in life these three things will never come back once gone : Parents, beauty and youth.
I dont want to grow old and look back into my life and say "Oh i did nothing special when i was young". Hence, I am exploring and enjoying my life to the fullest and doing whatever I want to do even if it involves taking risks. Will never forget this late night drive in Bangalore, the city which has given me so much and I have nothing but respect for this city.

Thats all for Bangalore safari and this was my first blog ever. Please comment on how I can improve and any suggestion will be more than useful.
